Backup Bottom Sheet Redesign

Redesign backup flow: remove blocking, show bottom sheet on first incoming transaction instead.

Remove:

• Block receive until backup is done
• Show backup bottom sheet in onboarding after wallet creation

Bottom sheet behavior:

• On app run and when account is switched
• If account is not backed up
• Check the balance of account
• If it has any coin with balance > 0 then show backup alert
