Initiate "master folder" for synchronizing

Bonjour,

Would it be possible to have a setting to choose a disk folder that would become the "master folder" of all subsequent subfolders automatically synchronised with new custom tabs ?
Maybe CopyQ could create the subfolder of the same name as the tab ?
