replace @LazyToOne(LazyToOneOption.NO_PROXY) with @NoProxy

The LazyToOneOption seems pretty redundant to me, as well featuring very cumbersome naming. AFAICT, You're only every going to use it to write @LazyToOne(NO_PROXY).

So why not just add a @NoProxy annotation and deprecate these?

Hrmph, while we're at it, @LazyCollection/LazyCollectionOption are just as badly-designed.

Though I'm not totally convinced I want to introduce an @ExtraLazy annotation.

Well, actually, hold on: on second thoughts I guess I really do want to deprecate @LazyCollection with no replacement annotation, since I already provided a replacement of extra-lazy collections, the new static methods of the Hibernate class!

So ... that works.

And if anyone screams at us that they really do need a replacement, we can always add an @ExtraLazy later.

In the end I simply deprecated these annotations with no replacement, since neither of them do anything useful in H6.
