Suggestion: publish changelog or GitHub release notes #48

Hello folks,
May I suggest that you include some release notes so that users can get a better feel of what each version is bringing (new features, bugfixes...).
We use RenovateBot and get automatic dependency updates that we mostly blindly merge as long as the CI pipeline is green but it would better if we knew what the update actually contains.
Including a few words in GitHub release notes and/or publishing a CHANGELOG.md file would be helpful.
