Scant progress using Nathan's API...

Dear Team, on Tuesday May 22, I got Nathan's API running in a clone of his repo.

I created a branch in this repo, rob-test-api.

I started to try to use Jquery to make a "post /match" to : http://0.0.0.0:8000/

where I think the api is running. I ran out of time before I got jquery installed. I created a new file "pages/test-api.vue" just to have place to test this functionality.

@Jbutler-helpful asked me to document this because he knows Nimesha is workign on it concurrently.
