Hi,
Tanks for your great library "help stack" on Github.
I have a question about setting gear via email.
I cant access to in-app-conversation page (real time conversation) when I set gear via email what's the problem?
You said that we can config help stack via 4 options, the last one and the free one was email and i set.
I send an issue via email but I didn't see any real time conversation in it.
