Quranwbw.com is a Quran website with word by word translation, transliteration in English, Urdu, Hindi, Indonesian, Bangla, Turkish and Tamil. You can also listen to how a word is pronounced and also listen to ayah recitations.
The actual website code is still not open source but will be in the future In Sha Allah.

Quranwbw.com uses Javascript (jQuery), PHP and Node.js for development and just Javascript (jQuery) in the production. I like keeping it simple and don't have any plans to use any other frameworks.
