Add compiled version to the pqrs catalog

@gregorias, thanks for making HRM happen. I prepared a draft PR with a compiled version of HRM against the PQRS catalog repo.

Obviously, it's less configurable, but at the same time, it could help users who are okay with default settings to get started.
Are you okay with that idea?
