question: settings page for local setup

I've seemingly got everything with my caddy webserver working, able to auth as admin and go to the links I've added to the portal. However, I'm unable to go to the portal's setting page. I tried to look in the docs but there isnt anything, I assume its meant to "just work". Is it possible I need to handle /settings? Could it be misconfigured ports? Im running this in ubuntu without docker.
