docs: investigate adding Inkeep's AI search in headers

Details

Neil, Senior Product Designer is looking to increase the reach and accessibility of Inkeep's AI, with the ability to add a hover-over/pop-up type of option above each section header. For example, if you wanted more information about Roles when working through these Workload Identity steps, or needed specific troubleshooting tips, the AI could provide contextual assistance. ChatGPT and Google Docs offer this.

How will we know this is resolved?

Investigate if there is a way to do this in Docusaurus; if so, Inkeep says they can likely add an API hook or similar. Then we can proceed to the next steps of getting it approved by leadership and engineering.
