Cloud Tracing - Observability - For Agents deployed on Cloud Run

We have a library of Agents Deployed on Google Cloud Run

We are not looking at using Agent Engine At the moment. We wanna use cloud run
I'm aware, it's easy to enable cloud tracing with just one line with agent engine agents.

Is there any way to add cloud tracing to my agents?

I can see some logs from my agents on Trace Explorer ( I'm Guessing it's because it's using opentelemetry under the hood?)
But how do we track llm calls, tokens, function calls, Execeptions

Is there any Documentation?

There is a --trace_to_cloud flag that you can enable in cloud run.
