Build failure using CMake

Hello,

I'm attempting to build the LiteRT library locally on linux using cmake, and am following the steps in the documentation. However, the build fails at the generation stage. Attached is the log.

OS is Debian GNU/Linux 11 on a GCP deep learning machine.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

I apologize for the delay in my response, I am able to reproduce the same behavior from my end so we'll have to dig more into this issue at the moment it seems like there is issue with protobuf version compatibility
