Use the atom-gdb package single-step debugging failure, under win10

I do not know whether this package can be used in win10.
I can not enter the breakpoint when I use it in win10

I don't have a Windows machine to test so I'll just ask:
Are you using gdb?
Are .gdbinit files read on Windows?
