Pre-built cuda binaries for ubuntu?

I noticed that, although llama.cpp has many prebuilt binaries for various targets (including cuda on windows) we are missing ubuntu cuda. I also noticed this issue: #5106 which suggests others are looking for the same.

Is there any reason not to add this to the release workflow? I'm happy to pick it up if not
