Problem Statement
Provide users or organization admins with the ability to hide or disable pre-defined dashboards from appearing in the main dashboards list.
Currently, the “Show Templates” toggle only affects the “Create from template” section. It does not hide or remove pre-defined dashboards from the main dashboards list.
As a result, pre-defined dashboards appear alongside user-created dashboards in the primary list view. For teams with many dashboards, this can create unnecessary clutter and make it harder to quickly find the dashboards they actively use.
While favoriting (starring) dashboards helps by pinning key dashboards to the top, it does not fully address the need for cleaner separation or control over pre-defined content.
