[add-resource] New Plugin - Helios Course Hub #4042
Description
I would like to add my new plugin/theme to the Grav Repository.

This plugin supports the Grav Premium Helios Course Hub Skeleton, which I will submit once this plugin is in GPM. It requires a licensed Grav Premium Helium Theme, and will guide the user to enter their license key and install the theme.
By having this Plugin on GPM I can provide updates to Helios Course Hub Skeleton users.
