Include Tools API into the Toolkit to access tools such as Brush

I'm trying to use gephi-toolkit to do some work with the function of Brush, but I don't find a demo can realize this function.

Hi @JiexingQi, I'm working on cleaning up old issues. Sorry for the lack of reply.

The Tools API is actually not included in the Toolkit at this point. Let me convert this issue into a wishlist.
