New account interface in cast #3994
Description
Current State
Currently, accounts in cast support our account format and additionally keystores though they are treated as second-class citizen interface wise.
Objective
Rework account interface and support in sncast so it supports different account types better
Additional Context
We should consider supporting natively: our account format, keystores, ledger.
Additionally, we could consider moving --account flag to relevant commands only + changing the interface for ledger (removing the extra argument for path).
