Describe the bug

Managed climb speed is only displayed in IAS/MACH if the target speed matches the ECON speed.

Expected behavior

Managed climb speed on the performance climb page should be displayed in IAS/MACH at all times

Steps to reproduce

1. Fill FMS as usual.
2. Verify the speed value displayed on the performance climb page
