Describe the bug

The current documentation for Contributing.md has not been updated to include the A380X in many segments of the text body.

Expected behavior

The documentation should reference the aircraft projects more broadly, rather than specifying the A32NX project only.

Steps to reproduce

Open the Contributing.md file located in 'aircraft/.github'.
