failed to save image and deployments.apps mev-inspect not found

HI, I exported all the .env variables and started the tilt up. I see mev-inspect and mev-inspect-worker didnt start up and threw the following error:

when i tried ./mev db, i see postgres is set up well. but when i tried to inspect mev-inspect, i get the error mev-inspect not found.
pls help me with the initial setup and tutorial for step by step installation.
