How do you make a question sounding like a question ?

I can clone a voice and everything works mostly great, but it's jut that questions do not sound like actual questions, for example a simple sentence with a question mark : "Do you think my globbers are in the right position ?". The speech resulting for this sentence is well spoken, but it doesn't sound like a question, just alike an neutral sentence. Is there a trick to make questions sound better ?
