• package.json version

Set via manualy editing file, example

prep

• liquibase version

Set by creating a new changelog file (example) and referencing it in the master list (example)

• readme (upcoming release dates)

Optional, only update if we know the subsequent release dates
Note the rest of the files showing as edited in the example I linked to were modified by the first, maven, step and do not need to be done by hand.
