Bug: Delete key doesn't work when removing one item from selection

Description

When You Select Multiple Files From a list and deselect one in the middle You are then unable to delete the files

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select multiple files
2. Remove one file from the selection
3. Press delete on the Keyboard
4. Nothing happens

Just tested it with the Latest Preview version and the same problem persists

The delete button looks active in your recording as well, perhaps I misunderstood the issue.

Yes, the delete button is active and working when pressing it, the issue is when you only use the keyboard to do the functions.
