[enhancement] system-monitor fallback + icon #165
Description
issue_1: if you don't have gnome-system-monitor installed on your system,
TopHat shows an error notification:
program 'gnome-system-monitor' not found in $PATH
I think we have to provide a customization settings or better a fallback path to alternatives like GNOME Usage or Mission Center
issue_2: again, if you don't have gnome-system-monitor installed on your system,
TopHat uses a coloured icon in place the monochrome (symbolic) one;
I think icon should be system-monitor-program -indipendent
