[BUG] RapiD not showing grids on embedded TM

Describe the bug
The embedded RapiD doesn't show the grid when a user selects it from the map data menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any task with RapiD
2. Click on the Background menu
3. Scroll down to "Grids"
4. There are no options in the dropdown. It's also been reported that when the option is available, it doesn't work.

Hi Zack! Is this with v1 RapiD, or v2? I'd kind of figured v1 should definitely work, but v2 definitely won't right now.
