View/download Logs for specific ms in my Openshift Project

I was able to login in my Openshift with below code.. But Not sure which method to use to View/download Logs

    String username="name";
    String password="pass";
    String url="https://api.abcd.ocpd.corp.amdocs.com:portNumber";
    String projectName="myProjectName";
    String MSName="MyMSName";

    Config config = new ConfigBuilder()
                    .withMasterUrl(url)
                    .withNamespace(projectName)

                    .withPassword(password).build();
    KubernetesClient client = new KubernetesClientBuilder().withConfig(config).build();

    System.out.println("I am connected to "+client);
    System.out.println("Version "+client.getApiVersion());
    System.out.println("nameSpace"+client.getNamespace());

you can either use getLog() or watchLog functionality . See PodLogExample

I Tried below code to get pods by label name 'release'
System.out.println("Print--> "+client.pods().inNamespace(projectName).withLabel("release",MSName).list().getItems().size());

And getting below error

io.fabric8.kubernetes.client.KubernetesClientException: Operation: [list] for kind: [Pod] with name: [null] in namespace: [XXXXX] failed.

at io.fabric8.kubernetes.client.KubernetesClientException.launderThrowable(KubernetesClientException.java:159)

How can I get Name of Pod for which I need to check Logs??

Is it possible for you to share some demo project? Is microservice based in Deployment or DeploymentConfig?

I've added sample code for doing this:

• Checking via labels on pods and selecting desired pod as per requirement: ControllerGetLogsFilterLabel.java
• Fetching logs directly via Deployment DSL: DeploymentGetLog.java

Could you please check if this helps your use case? Or do you want to stream logs? You'd be interested in watchLog method in that case.

Microservice is based on Deployment

I tried using code mentioned in : DeploymentGetLog.java

But I am getting below error

Looks like you haven't configured certificates correctly in KubernetesClient configuration.
