[BUG] CA performed for package.json files not open in the editor

Describe the bug
Component analysis is performed in the background for every package.json within a project, even if those package.json arent open

To Reproduce

1. Install the extension
2. Open a project with multiple package.json, but with none of them open in the editor

Expected behavior
No component analysis is performed, no flood of vuln notification popups

VSCode(please complete the following information):

• OS: Fedora
• VSCode version: 1.102.1
• Dependency Analytics Version: 0.9.6
