[Bug Report] Dragging to select table rows loses selection when scrolling

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Events'
2. Scroll down a few pages
3. Click on a row and drag up until the table control has to scroll
4. Stop dragging
5. Notice how the rows initially selected are no longer selected

Unfortunately table views selection is broken, due to how we're loading and displaying the data. It has been for a long time.

I've fixed the issue of selecting multiple rows and keep them selected while scrolling the view (currently we're only keeping 1 row selected).

I'll try making the mouse work for selecting rows while scrolling the view. But I'm wondering if we should just throw away this code, and rewrite it.

I've improved rows selection a little bit. Now multiple rows remained selected while scrolling (previously only one), and the use of the mouse to select rows while scrolling works (better).

There's a problem when using the mouse to select rows, which causes some not to be selected while scrolling.

The use of Ctrl + mouse works, and the use of Shift to select ranges does not work yet.
