Fix ecl_hc_thickness_pred.yml and export_maps_pred.ert

ecl_hc_thickness_pred.yml and export_maps_pred.ert is using zonation from iter-0. This is wrong when running predictions from iter-3. Update yaml files and pred ert files to ensure use of zonation file consistent with restart case.
