Create a pipeline with multiple nodes and notes, click on auto-arrange
Nodes are not arranged

This is a Canvas functionality and should be transferred to that repo.

It is difficult to come up with a single design for how comments would be auto-arranged that would be satisfactory for all teams that use Elyra Canvas. As an alternative to this enhancement being added to Elyra Canvas, the host application could adjust the position of comments (in the editActionHandler callback) after nodes have been rearranged, if the development team for the host app understands where the comments should be positioned.
