Kibana version:

Latest version.

Describe the bug:

When selecting parts of the histogram in ES|QL a filter pill is created in Discover, and that should not happen. See recording.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select part of the histogram in ES|QL mode
  2. A filter pills appear (it should not)

Expected behavior:

  • No filter pill
