Refine ECE troubleshooting landing page #2272
Description
Currently, ECE troubleshooting landing page doesn't have any introduction, and it directly starts with a Finding deployments section.
We should give a bit of love to that section with a proper introduction to clarify expectations.
Also the common issues page include mutliple types of issues, so maybe it's worthy to add some information in the landing page too.
