Missing and Incorrect Cyrillic Letters

First of all, thank you for the font! However, I noticed a few issues with the Cyrillic letter implementation:

1. Missing Cyrillic Capital Letters
The following Cyrillic Capital Letters appear to be absent:

• Cyrillic Capital Letter O (U+041E О)
• Cyrillic Capital Letter Pe (U+041F П)

2. Incorrect rendering of Cyrillic Capital Letter Ka

• Cyrillic Capital Letter Ka (U+041A К) appears with an unintended acute accent.
