To test it:

git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/edamontology/caseologue

cd caseologue/caseologue_python

pip install -r requirements.txt

cd test

python test_caseologue.py        # depending on the setup, this might need `python3` instead

Hello Matúš, I do not have a window machine but will try to test it regardless.Unless I miss something it seems that the default UTF-8 does not capture a character? Perhaps this can be bypassed if we include a encoding with all characters defined e.g. if utf-8 does not recognise x character in position y,     use another encoding? Just an idea.
