Consider a Docker (potentially remote) deployment alongside linux-based only #2
Description
Consider initializing support for an implementation based on [1] below.
- This would be alongside the currently proposed extension: Add initial openvscode-server support #3, which is mainly Linux-based [2].
- Below [3] might also have to be considered eventually or alongside [1,2].
