🐛 Only some of the subclasses from some sources are actually being output - CLI UI

Describe the bug

I saw this issue specifically with Xanathar's guide (xge). I'm trying to pull in the various subclasses introduced in that book, and while I'm seeing some of them in my output, like the Cleric's Forge domain, I'm not seeing others, like the Fighter Samurai, among others.

I've tried running with all three reprint rules just in case there was a reprint issue I was missing, but no luck. I've attached the log file I generated on one of those runs.

Expected Behavior

I can see the expected behavior in some cases where the subclass is correctly output as a markdown file, but others are just fully missing.

At least for the default newest reprint behavior, some of the subclasses from xge won't be included because they were reprinted in the xphb (e.g. Zealot Barbarian). However the other reprint behaviors should probably be preserving the older versions of the subclasses. I do think there may be a configuration issue happening here for you, because I am able to generate the Samurai Fighter using the default reprint behavior while including xge and xphb.

Interesting. This was a week or two ago that I ran into this issue. Going to try again in a minute after updating the source data. Are you using the UI or just the CLI? I'm not really doing anything too funky with the config file. No include/exclude stuff.

EDIT: Just ran it again with the same settings I used like two weeks ago and it fully worked. Seems like it may have been a source data formatting issue causing some problems like ebullient mentioned to me on the discord.
