✨ Include legendary groups and tables only when referenced #718

Describe the solution you'd like
As discussed in #715, legendarygroup and table resources are added to the output regardless of reprint status, often creating duplicates. It would be nice to have an option to only include these resources if they're actively being referenced by something else already included in the tool output (i.e. a monster, subclass, etc.).
