PlayMP3fromSPIFFS gives a loud buzzing noise, but no sound

Hi,

I am using a MAX98357A amplifier that used to work well, but when I had to start from scratch, the sample file PlayMP3fromSPIFFS just produces a low buzz, no music. Has anyone had the same issue?
