Extend the workloads pipeline to automate additional actions #357
Description
- Add publishing of the workload set to nuget.org with approval
- Ensure publishing to NuGet.org has all packages available before manifest and workload set publishing #249
- Publish workload manifests and packs to nuget.org
- Add publishing workload-sets to a deployment with approval #356
- Add publishing of Maui workloads to the workloads feed (dotnet10-workloads) (this can be done for both stable and unstable versions)
- Add publishing of the maui workloads to nuget.org
- Add publishing of the unstable runtime packages to the workloads (dotnet10-workloads)
- Add publishing of the stable runtime packages to a unique feed similar to how staging does it
- Unify the VS insertion branch between staging and workloads pipelines
- Add VS insertion to the standard staging created branch with approval
- Add an additional build of the stable workload set package with approval
