Support for XSLT 2.0?

Hi there,

I'm looking for a way to validate German "eRechnung" eInvoice Xml documents via the provided xslt files containing "business rules". It's German law to do so...

Sadly XmlCompiledTransform currently doesn't support XSLT functions like document-uri().
Which strikes me as strange, because the XSLT standard is from 2007 (source: wikipedia).
I couldn't find anything XSL related on the dotnet roadmap and wanted to ask, if there is a simple solution to this, that I've missed?

There seams to be a single third-party library to do Xml validation. But it's quite expensive...

Also I'm running on windows, so calling xmlproc is not an option =/

Duplicate of #14819. There is no plan to support more in XSLT (#84389 (comment)).
