Selected region to OCR doesn't split into multi-lines

I use W, and right click to choose selected area to OCR, Inpaint, and Translate. The results are the translation merge into one and not split into multi-lines like when doing for the whole image. Is it possible if selected region can split into multi-lines as well?

And is there anyway to lock the selected region to run for multiple images at once?

When I use Google_Lens for OCR. It's saying this "[DEBUG ] ocr_lens_proto:_parse_protobuf_response:318 - Lens server returned non-critical error: Type=0 (UNKNOWN_TYPE). Attempting to extract text anyway."

The program is so wonderful and helpful.
