Allow bot modifying Rules Screening content

That would be awesome if a Discord Bot can modify Rules Screening content (like we can do with Welcome Screen).

This can required MANAGE_GUILD permission or someting else to "protect" server.

There are plans to update screening with new fields that require manually approving members; it was made years ago but then indefinitely delayed

Welp, two years later still nothing public, but I'm curious, is there any endpoint to actually EDIT the rules screening ?
I did found /guilds/{guild.id}/member-verification but only GET methods currently works here.
