CV2 / Modal Updates

Heya, looking on the issues and pr I know it's much to ask but hear me out:

With the recent additions of components V2 a few months back we can make much more beautiful panels and tickets.

Furthermore discord is working on, and already released a few modal updates.
These updates include:

• Label components (these replace action rows and take selects and text input)
• Select (atm string Select but soon all the others as well)
• Text display as top level component

I'd like to see this at some point. If I'm bored I might even help out.

I believe it's planned for a future release, though it's not our main priority at the moment. We have a few other things we'd like to work through first but this is definitely in the cards. Thanks for your suggestion!

Discord Tickets Bot is probably the best that we have for now. I'll add your request to the roadmap.

I'd like to allow completely custom messages (with whatever component structure you want) for panels and tags, and perhaps some more customisation on opening messages.

Adding text display components to the question modals will require a bit of rework, but support for string select menus has mostly existed since the initial 4.0 release, so that can be finished up quickly.

Yeah, only thing to keep in mind is that we're still limited to 5 components (if we'd go the way to allow text display in the modal)
