The process shows that it has been completed, but not every step in the workflow definition has been executed

Under normal circumstances, my process consists of six steps.
When a problem occurs, the process shows that it is already completed, but the steps are only executed up to step1

Hello we have the same problem - workflow contains several steps, but workflow ends up with only first step in ExecutionPointer table and Workflow is completed. Like inserts of next steps to ExecutionPointer table failed. We are using version 3.14.0 and MS SQL server as database for WorkflowCore.

We are also using 2 instances pooling the same workflowCore db schema and redis for locking. We initially thought that there might be a problem because of the two instances running in paralel.
