[Bug] Engineering still shows heat and coolant columns if ship doesn't have a Coolant component #2711
Description
On master/ECS ships with no Coolant component, ship systems don't generate heat and there's no coolant to distribute, but the Engineering and Engineering+ screens still display columns for heat and coolant. The coolant column has no column header, but the coolant cells in each row still respond to being clicked on and display the coolant value tick.
