SD Maid does not work properly with Hyper OS.

Please make sure that you have enabled the accessibility service for SDMaid SE in Android Settings

Your settings looking good.
Now open SDMaid SE and on the top right tile you see "settings incomplete" tab on the button and complete the setting e.g "use accessibility service", then it should work.

Okay, try a new installation, maybe something is wrong with the current one.
Uninstall it reboot the device and then install it new.

If this also not help, please provide a debug log.
