Windows showing up as recovered repeatedly

I just switched to tabfern and I'm having this issue where my windows are getting saved as "Recovered tabs". This happens to windows that I have saved and windows that I have not. It happens to windows that I have not closed in some time.

For example, I will open a new window and start browsing. After a couple of hours I will have opened a number of tabs and be ready to close this window and save it within tabfern. When I open tabfern I will see that it is already highlighted as "Recovered tabs" and typically it will be missing some tabs, as if it "recovered" the windows some time ago. This "Recovered tabs" window will show up separate from the live window that I am actively using within tabfern.

I'm using the latest Brave browser. I haven't been able to identify anything I'm doing that may be causing this.

Edit: It seems that it doesn't happen if I keep the tabfern window open. Only when I close the window and open it when I need it does it happen.

Thanks for trying TF! That might be the expected behaviour, or it might be a Brave peculiarity.

When the TF window is closed, TF doesn't track your tabs. Therefore, just in case the TF was closed due to a browser crash, any tabs open when the TF window closes are saved. When you later reopen TF, the tabs as they were when the TF window closed show up as "recovered tabs".

Would you be willing to try leaving the TF window open, and minimizing it instead of closing it when you don't need it? If the issue persists, I'll dig into whether it's Brave-specific.
