MOLE.jl package name and update all paths (?) #418
To meet the AutoMerge package name requirements in the Julia Registry, we can consider changing our julia package name, or asking for a manual review and merge.
I will first ask for a manual review and merge and see how reviewers respond. If they do not respond favorably then we will have to update all paths to reflect the new package name.
