Norca Digit Cool N211

Hey folks,

I have what I think is a relatively common no-name brand in my region, "Norca". I decoded the protocol myself by programming a libsigrok decoder ...

I'm sort of hoping this is a known protocol implemented by a no-name brand, why re-invent wheels when you don't need to. Does this look familiar to anyone?

This is a shot in the dark, but it might save me some work. If it's not supported, I guess I'll just have to take a stab at it myself.
